Nova Quarters ships to customers across the United States. This policy explains fulfillment timing, delivery estimates, and tracking.

Free Standard Shipping (United States)
We offer free standard shipping on qualifying orders to addresses within the contiguous United States unless otherwise noted at checkout.
Processing vs. transit

Total estimated delivery = processing + transit. Business days exclude weekends and U.S. federal holidays. Peak seasons may add delay.
Tracking
When your order ships, we email a tracking number and courier link. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to show the first scan.
If tracking has not updated after several business days, contact support@novaquarters.com with your order number.
Address accuracy
You are responsible for a complete, accurate shipping address. Fees to reship due to customer error may apply.
Lost or damaged packages
Contact us within 14 days of the marked delivery date (or expected window if undelivered). We will work with the carrier and may offer replacement or refund per our Returns Policy.
