How to start a return

  2. We reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions and, when applicable, a return label or address.
  3. Ship the item back using the method we provide. Keep your tracking receipt.
  4. After we receive and inspect the return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Refund timing

Non-returnable items
